Rice Resin

"Rice Resin" is a domestically produced biomass plastic made from inedible rice. Rice that would otherwise be discarded and not even used as animal feed, such as old rice that is not suitable for consumption and crushed rice generated by rice cracker manufacturers, is upcycled into plastic using new technology. It is a product that is truly suited to Niigata, a rice-producing region.
